The measure wisely and appropriately expands and clarifies what constitutes domestic violence, rendering as prohibited persons those convicted of such a crime, or subject to a court order, having been afforded comprehensive due process.

As prohibited persons they’re disallowed from purchasing firearms from licensed dealers to begin with, having no guns to take.

All it takes is for somebody to challenge the law, and it will be overturned by the Supreme Court if it even gets that far.

If the domestic abuse results in a felony conviction, then they can be denied the right of a firearm. However stalking somebody is not a felony last I heard, and domestic abuse can be considered yelling and screaming which again, is not a felony.

Democrats are very similar to terrorists. They are patient people that take one step at a time to try and achieve their ultimate goal.
