They also use their money for fraud detection; something the government doesn't really do. That's why programs like Medicare and Medicaid get ripped of by the billions every single year.

So you have this big-eared clown who never so much as ran a hotdog stand in his life telling businesses what they can do with their own money. He believed that because he is President, he now knows how to structure business models. And because Dumbama didn't know squat, most of the insurance providers got out of Commie Care and more on the way.
