Let's see now. Blacks are what about 15% of the population? Maybe a little less and they commit hmm, what about 90% of the homicides. If that rate was brought down to the same level as homicides by whites we would have about the same murder rate as say Belgium. No one complains about Belgium's murder rate. We don't have a gun problem in this country we have a soft on ethnic crime problem.
