Yeah, I already pay WAY too much in taxes! I need a tax BREAK if anything.

But I have pretty good medical, vision, and dental insurance.

This is the problem. It's just not moral, ethical, or humane for quality healthcare to be even remotely related to money. In the greatest country in the world EVERYONE should have equal access to quality healthcare regardless of ability to pay.

So what is the solution?

Maybe looking closely at the medical/pharmaceutical industry and restructuring in order to take the OBSCENE profits out of it all so that everybody can afford it even on a government plan?
