Our country is built on the premise you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If the government thinks them guilty, provide your evidence or set them free

The reason why Gitmo is open is because other allied nations won't accept or hold those individuals for us. The point of keeping them off of US soil is to KEEP them from the rights that our constitution grants once on the soil of this nation.

If it keeps America safe, we should be willing to salt their intestines after dissecting them. This "moral high ground" that we speak of is just a weakness that the terrorists will exploit.

We need gitmo and torture sites like the one in poland in order to rendition, and hold anyone on the worlds battlefield, including american citizens, indefinitely.
