Yes. She has the right to communicate with the President, and she was directed to give the letter to a White House staffer, but she refused. No. You don't get to hand the most well protected human on the planet a letter directly.

Also, the President wasn't even at the airport, and the letter never opened. Also, she never stepped foot on Air Force One. Also, she herself said the letter was not about abortion, but traditional marriage, which Obama openly supported at the time.
