He asserted Executive Privilege which is common, and if the House disagrees they are welcome to take the dispute to Court. In fact, the Court is hearing two of these appeals on January 3, which means the House is impeaching before they have heard from what they term "Key witnesses". Are you claiming the House is in such a hurry to impeach that it's holding the vote before all the facts are in? Yet another abuse of authority by the House Leadership.
