They produced the most important social (PUB) health reform ever, and stopped the meltdown in its tracks, and financial reform- if Pubs would allow implementation. And they had 60 votes for 24 days in session. Change the channel. Passing the Jobs act would have produed 2% more groth and 1% UE- can't have that!

The last 4 years congress has broken records for the filibuster and redefined "obstructionism". However, I've seen some debate on whether having a productive congress is actually a good thing or not.
