Fired former FBI Director James 'Conspirator' Comey has declared that secretly conducting electronic surveillance on US citizens without their knowledge, using warrants obtained through FISA Court Abuses, is NOT 'spying'.

Current FBI Director Chris Wray, demonstrating his loyalty to the FBI instead of to his country, has recently stepped up to back Comey's ridiculous claim.

There's only 1 major problem -- Obama's Spy Czar, former NSA Director James Clapper - in either a moment of unintentional honesty or in an effort to save his own a$$ from the coming judicial consequences for his part in the exposed political coup attempt against resident Trump - just threw not only Comey and Wray under te proverbial bus but also shoved former Obama Deputy US AG Rod Rosenstein and former Obama CIA Director Brennan under as well.

Clapper had already come in like a wrecking ball, saying what happened to the Trump campaign fits the dictionary definition of—wait for it—spying.

"James Clapper, a CNN contributor and former Director of National Intelligence, admitted last Friday that what the Obama administration did to the Trump campaign "meets the dictionary definition of spying."

The IRS doing an audit fits the dictionary definition of spying. The thing is one doesn't refer to it that way. When a government agency looks at one of it's citizens because they suspect them of something, they call it investigating. It even says it in it's name. Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION. Spying seems to imply that something nefarious has happened. The thing is not you or for that matter anyone can claim that nothing worthy of investigation has happened during the campaign. You can claim that the Mueller report said no collusion. But the Mueller report, simply makes a judgement of the illegality of certain actions and on that front it describes dozens of instances that would have been of interest from a counter intelligence standpoint.

1. What crimes was Carter Page prosecuted for ? Ans: none, the surveillance was illegally based on lies
2. Do you believe that the intel agencies sent "spies" to infiltrate the Trump campaign?
3. Do you believe that using the "two hop rule" the entire Trump campaign was under surveillance, including Trump?
4. If the FBI suspected any of the Trump team, why not advise Trump like they advised Feinstein that her driver was a spy for China? (called a defensive briefing)
5. Do you believe that the FBI and DOJ illegally started the investigation into "Trump collusion with Russia"? (the Russia meddling part of the investigation was fine, a better 2nd part would have been why didn't Obama do more to stop Russia?)

NEGATIVE.

You are informed the IRS is conducting an audit of your taxes.

The Obama administration engaged in secret electronic surveillance without US Citizens being aware it was going on AFTER they intentionally committed FISA Court abuses and committed Perjury before Congress by leaving out information, misleading both the FISA Court and Congress, and / or knowingly illegally presenting Dossier information as 'Legitimate Collected Intel', which evidence shows they knew was not the case.

'An IRS Audit is 'Spying'' is a massive mis-statement / false statement, especially in this case.

1. Your conflating the act of investigating with the conclusion of the investigation. If I'd say I was in contact with ISIS, I think you want the FBI to investigate it wouldn't you? Does it matter if my claim would be true or false? As to it being based on lies.

2. Do you typically refer to undercover law enforcement officers as spies? As to your question, no. I do believe an undercover FBI agent went and had a meeting with Papadopolous posing as a research assistant. After this same Papadopolous already bragged to an Australian diplomat that they were working with the Russians. Infiltrating means you put somebody on the Trump campaign team. This was targeted on a particular person not the campaign.
3. Maybe. Counter intelligence casts out a wider net than a normal crime. The reason for this is because counter intelligence by nature deals with potential crimes of the highest magnitude. A guy who commits murder usually has one victim. Wars have been started because the intelligence community failed to detect something. By the way. last time I checked it was a Republican president who said to suspend habeas corpus altogether in the interest of national security with the patriot act. I didn't hear anybody on the right call foul then. Still doesn't get you any closer to proving the FBI did anything nefarious. They had reason to suspect people in the Trump orbit.
4. Maybe because Trump overtly praised Putin. Called on them to act in his interest and was known to at least have dubious contacts with Russians.
5. No, I don't. Since they had a warrant to investigate. It is their responsibility to do counter espionage. And no one who has followed this story even from afar can claim that nothing happened that warrants scrutiny.

Overwhelming evidence has proven there was NEVER a crime to investigate involving Trump, there was NEVER any evidence of a crime that needed to be investigated involving Trump, and there was NEVER any evidence of 'collusion' (which is not even a crime) that deserved either an investigation or the appointment of a Special Counsel.

Overwhelming evidence has exposed this entire scandal - the largest in US history - to have been about the Obama administration's protection of Hillary Clinton from indictment / conviction for her proven crimes so she could run and win for President and about conducting a political coup against Trump.

Oher's testified that he informed the Obama administration agency conspirators that Steele was a biased Trump-hating foreign spy working for Obama's FBI and with the Russians and that the dossier was unreliable / bogus....BEFORE they intentionally decided to knowingly use it to commit FISA Court Abuses and Perjury before Congress to get their treasonous coup going.

Overwhelming evidence proves the FBI / Obama administration DID illegally spy on Trump and his team.

The smart move is to exempt Clinton, Obama and Biden from this criminal conspiracy investigation
