Genitourinary System: Exam was normal without any evidence of prostate nodularity or hypertrophy.

Now I can sleep tonight knowing that Obama's prostate has no nodules.​

He didn't have a colonoscopy. He had a CT colonoscopy, which is not standard of care and far more expensive and less accurate than a real colonoscopy.

Plus, colonoscopy is not recommended for routine screening until age 50.

However, had he undergone a real colonoscopy, this would have required sedation...the term "President Biden" may have played a role in the decision to not perform a colonoscopy.
