But a bunch of ISIS-like groups did flourish thanks to Obama's failed foreign policy: Boko Haram, the Muslim Brotherhood, al Queda groups in the Philippines and other parts of Africa, and Pakistan and Yemen pretty much went to shit.

All those groups existed before Obama.
