Rush was ragging her because she wanted the Federal government to control what is served in schools. He was asking why she's qualified to do that. Personally I don't enjoy when he does that. But there was nothing in it where he's attacking her. When you take a position on Federal control you make yourself a target of questions. Liberals would have been far harsher on a Conservative who chose to take a position they disagreed with like that.
