It's a bit ironic that conservatives want to lower the minimum wage because they think it will let companies hire more people;

why not apply that logic here? If an employer feels the need to only hire 30 hr/week employees,

then he has to hire 3 for every 2 fulltime he would have hired (ok, 2 2/3rds)
