Actually the Republicans should do their jobs. They should pass a budget. That's their job. Now, if they wish to strip out the funding for Planned Parenthood or anything else they wish to cut or defund, they should do so. They should pass a budget and send it to Obama. What Obama does with the budget he is sent is entirely up to him. If Obama vetoes the budget and shuts down the government then Obama will have shut the government down. The Congress should not be threatened or intimidated by the Executive Branch.
