It's only a woman whose appearance would be talked about while running for President, never a man.

So says Carly Fiorina. Of course, that's bullshit. Men's appearance always ends up. Male candidates are always discussed in reference to their attractiveness.

Discuss: Carly Fiorina's sexist bullshit....

Trump's hair always come to mind.

Then there is Christie's Bulk. But his personality and record in NJ are his real issue!!

Carly's looks? Does not bother me. I thought she was running for president, not Miss America.

It's only a "republican" woman. Look what the sissie left did to Sara Palin not to mention the racist cartoon about Condie Rice.

Male candidates "attractiveness", if it's mentioned at all, is usually in the context of "well, all the women are going to vote for the hot guy".

And that is different how?

Well, because it's still misogynistic for a man to discuss how "all the women" are going to vote for the hot guy.

That's bizarre. Objectifying men and reducing them to their appearance is hateful toward women. The objectification itself is apparently A-OK to you.

No, it's misogynistic to believe that women only care about a candidate's attractiveness, which is basically the only context in which male candidate's attractiveness is discussed.

That OP title is true, more or less.
Women are more likely to make a big deal about their appearance, unless the guy is gay.

Most intellectual men only care about a passing grade for their fashion ... to not distract from their more interesting pursuits.

Then some women's magazine and web sites catering to women are misogynistic. lol Because those are the only magazines that spend any amount of time on those stories, periodicals and celebrity sites targeting women. :lmao:

Woe is me, the rank misogyny.

Ya she's playing to women with these kinds of comments.

Yet she was the one that said women are not a special interest group.

And men are judged by looks too.

Trump's hair, Christie being fat, rand Paul's hair, Obama's big ears.

:uhh: You're not making any sense. Nobody ever said that women only care about a candidate's attractiveness. And nobody ever said that men only care about a female candidate's attractiveness. And there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to insert any such presumption anywhere.
