Note that these fires and floods have been hitting mainly rural areas that are red even in blue states. They are going to look at what has happened to many of their neighbors homes and property, if not their own, and question the denial of the conditions that created the fire storms and floods.

See, Obama said in Alaska that wind and solar could help in isolated Alaskan areas. And they clearly can.
