No, not really. I don't defend or condemn them. I realize that they were the natural reaction to a government that went so far that a president eventually had to resign in disgrace. Nixon got a pardon, the Weathermen and other radicals got passes or otherwise sentences far below what they actually did, and we all tried to move past it like a bad hangover.

Which you would know if you lived through that time period.
