It has been helpful to police agencies across the country who's budgets didn't even allow sufficient numbers of bullet proof vests for their officers.

Look to the graveyards for officers who died because they didn't have them. We gave donations locally to help them get bullet proof vests after an officer died getting shot in the chest.

This is political BS before the election and nothing more.
