Obama Losing Independents - 2010 In Play

If the noise has little effect on elections, why isn't the healthcare bill passed? Epic Fail on your part.

Really? Epic fail on MY part? What did I have to do with it? What is my position on public healthcare? Was their a healthcare bill election of some sort?

Perhaps you need to put a little more thought into that post.

I see you can't connect the dots, yet. If there wan't any noise from Americans, Obama would have pushed through his healthcare agenda before the summer recess. Are you with me so far?
But, with all the noise and an election coming up next year, there are a lot of democrats that won't vote for the public option fearing a big loss for several of them next year.
Now, I think you can see the lines I drew between the dots, to show your EPIC FAIL.

Many words - Still no answer to the questions

Try again:

Really? Epic fail on MY part? What did I have to do with it? What is my position on public healthcare? Was their a healthcare bill election of some sort?

let me break it down for you so maybe you can follow it. One at a time here.

What is MY position on public healthcare?

If you cannot answer that - then you cannot say that I have failed or succeeded now can you.

Epic Fail on your part.

(my bold emphasis added)

So spell it out so even a simple guy like me can understand. What is MY position on healthcare. You MUST know the answer to that or your "epic fail on your point" is just mindless drivel.
So please illuminate ..... WHAT IS MY POSITION ON HEALTHCARE?

This same thread is started about one ro twice a week and you'd think that the righties hoping and praying that it's true would pay attention to theior own favorite poll which says.

Overall, 51% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance.

which is where it was last week so I really don't see obama losing anyone but that doesn't stop righties from hoping that he fails. LOL

Conveniently leaving out that 48% disapprove and 38% strongly disapprove compared to 33% who strongly approve.
Nice way to spin there, bud.
But it's early. Obama has plenty of time to fail, and looks to be doing it daily.

As for the GOP candidate in 2012, let me ask: in 2006 who was the likely Democratic candidate?

Hillary ran a pretty close race - in it nearly to the end. Doesn't really point to any drastic changes over the last two years of the race on the Democratic side.

But yes, I do agree. 2 years is a lifetime in terms of voters opinions. But when you're fund-raising, I think it can pass in a blink.

The thing is that within the democratic party there is a certian individuality that permeates the party and unlike republicans, democrats don't march lockstep and instead they express their own individual opinions and that is what held up the legislation more than anything.

If it were republicans in this situation they would all just follow like good little lemmings and do what their masters told them to do without question.

Oh and your connecting the dots analogy is about the same and starting from a point on one side of the grand canyon and trying to run and jump across and make it to another point on the other side of the grand canyon in order to connect the two. LOL It's a bit of a stretch.

Good points - Republicans like diversity, as long as it looks, walks, talks, and believes EXACTLY as they do.

Spoken like a true libtard. The dots were simple, but so is your mind. This has nothing to do with individuality, it has to do with next years elections. Are you a quack, or a doctor? Seems more like a quack. just sayin....

Hillary Clinton - why do you ask?

To show that a lot can happen between now and election time.

A lot can happen in a year as well and thanks for countering all of this hype over obama allegedly losing independents this far away from an election. LOL

Fact is that we are over a year away from the midterms and you righites are trying to desperately talk up poll numbers NOW as if it means something when it really doesn't. Then you chime in admitting that it really doesn't mean anything countering the righty argument and point of thsi thread. LOL

:cuckoo: You and the quack are really this simple.....I can't help that. I think you need to read your post about the noise, then read mine....don't read anything more in between the lines. Healthcare was one example I used....that's it.

And the lefties already have Palin as the nominee for the republicans this far away from an election. LOL

BTW was this directed at me?? The point of this thread is thr claim that obama is losing independents. However according to a righty poll he is still at about 50% approval rating as he has been for the last 3 months and unless you are trying to claim that the democrats are that 50% then that means that independents are not abandoning him as righties are desperately trying to claim.

Oh and this BS standard of comparing strongly disaprrove to strongly approve is beyond retarded and means NOTHING in an election where it is decided by the WHOLE. 51% to 48% still puts righties on the losing end of the polling data.
I left nothing out that actually mattered but thanks for clearly showing how gullible that you are based on the fact that you actually believe that standard is important. LOL
However, I wonder why rassmussen chose not to use this standard when W was in office?? Hmm? There must be a valid reason for bringing up this moronic standard now that a dem is in the WH musn't there? I wonder what it could be? LOL

Is there an answer to my question in here? I don't see it.

Personal insults and cutesy emoticons really aren't an answer now are they?
