I'm sure he can executively order a fix to any perceived cuts to food stamps. Of course the next time some snafu casuses a delay in ebt cards getting refilled there will certainly be no shortage of black women toting their children around asking how they are going to feed the kids with not a single crumb in the house. Cameras will catch the carnage no doubt caused by the Republicans.
