Obama admits his failure in Afghanistan

.

Obama didn't put us in that shit hole in the first fucking place.

Obama didn't take the focus off the troops there to fucking chase Saddam.

Hold on -- here, tell it to him.

Always can count on you to be right down the middle. (sic) Afghanistan is Obama's war. More carnage under his watch then Bush's. Remember the surge, Obama.

Congress put us into Afghanistan and Obama was all in favor, as was most of the nation. Get over it and yourself.

Oh, BTW you are a useless fu.. for posting the picture you did.

Neo-cons want to turn DC into a modern Rome and pour the treasures of conquered foes into their pockets.

Lies from a fool or from an enemy of America. Bush lost the war long before Obama took office.

Will Bush admit his failure there too? What about Iraq, anyone admitting failure there yet?

Our only "failure" in Iraq was not getting a Status of Forces agreement with the Iraqi government which would have allowed us to maintain a military presence in the area as a counterweight to Iran's nuclear ambitions. Now the shit is going to hit the fan and there is little we can do about it. But, of course, it won't be Obama's fault...

Iraq did us a favor.

Obama had his surge he lost it. More deaths under his watch then Bush's. Bush won the damn war, Obama should have walked away. Obama got people killed for no damn reason.

Cons would rather we'd stayed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and invade Iran.

Bomb bomb bomb..bomb bomb Iran.

-John McCain.

True story.

Meanwhile it is Obama dropping predator missile on everyone and everywhere...even on Americans and their children.

Cry me a river.

If one of Anwar al-Awlaki's many schemes to blow up shit in the US would have succeeded, you folks would have been calling for Obama's blood.

And hey..which one of you folks is calling for an end to the AUMF?

Seriously.

Haven't heard that one yet being floated.

Make sure you listen to the video, "ah" seems to be the word Obama likes best.

Obama: U.S. Has Fallen 'Short of the Ideal' in Afghanistan | The Weekly Standard

"So, you know, I think that, have we achieved everything that some might have imagined us achieving in the best of scenarios? Probably not. You know, there's a human enterprise, and you know, you fall short of the ideal," said Obama.

The president went on to say that America has achieved some measure of success in Afghanistan, however. "Did we achieve our central goal? And have we been able, I think, to shape a strong relationship with a responsible Afghan government that is willing to cooperate with us to make sure that it is not a launching pad for future attacks against the United States? We have achieved that goal. We are in the process of achieving that goal. And for that, I think we have to thank our extraordinary military, intelligence and diplomatic teams, as well as the cooperation of the Afghan government and the Afghan people."

The illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will forever be Bush’s failures, regardless the current administration.

 That ODS is getting out of control young man.

Just stating the facts.

Families of U.S. citizens killed in drone strike file wrongful death lawsuit

The families of the men killed at Benghazi should do the same.

That's gonna go far.

And who are the Benghazi families going to sue? Libyan Militants?

You are right it won't go far because we no longer have a free press.

But let us review. Nixon left office over a two bit break in and the resultant cover up. No on hurt, nothing stolen, and no national security threat.

Clinton gets impeached for lying under Oath.

But Obama kills at least two American citizens without due process and that is to be ignored. The 16 year old boy wasn't even worthy of being on the CIA kill list.

Something is seriously wrong in this country.

Well, when the Rawstory.com picks up a story, then you never know whats going to happen!

The US government has killed citizens before as collateral damage.

Interesting though how Jameel Jaffir, deputy legal director of the ACLU who attended the White House celebration of Ramadan, should go after Leon Panetta. I wonder if they served a nice pork loin?

In what court of law were they illegal? When can we expect charges to be brought against Bush and or Congress for authroizing the wars? Just because you keep saying the same old shi.. over and over ain't gonna make it true. But let us say you believe them to be illegal what say you to the POTUS killing American citizens without due process? Let me guess, nothing.
