Older building in an older neighborhood that had a lot of complaints from the neighbors about people living there. It had been partitioned off in separate artist's studios, obviously the city knew about it and apparently did nothing.

Updates: press conference, they built stage. Mayor turn me on a bit. Seemed genuinely concerned.
Building on write-up Nov 13 for "blight" (trash in yard next door).
They not go in until shore up for safety.
Will not commit to any of those illegally living there.

It's defined as a warehouse....... How is that not a commercial building?
