I'm going to assume that you don't live in the NYCity metropolitan area. If so, perhaps you are forgiven. Here we were exposed to a graphic description of the chimp in Conn. that ripped a womens face off, and her hands as well. It captured the imagination in a gross kind of way.

Using that image to attack the Stimulus Bull, er, Bill, was clever and creative.

I'm not offended because I did not interpret the chimpanzee to be the President. I simply interpreted it as the stimulus package is written so poorly and has so much garbage in it (as per the perspective of the cartoonist) that a chimpanzee must have written it.

The interpretation of the chimpanzee is Obama never crossed my mind until I saw this article and, personally, I think its silly that some people believe its supposed to be the President.
