If the left has it's way, people will no longer be able to purchase dozens of firearms that the US left has mistakenly labeled "Assault Weapons", not to mention serious restrictions on ammo purchases. Actually if they really had their way, they'd be going door to door to take the rifles already purchased away from people. Kinda hope it comes to that, bring this entire debate to a head when we see how the people react to the govt shooting innocent men, woman and kids who refuse to give up their legally owned, and Constitutionally protected firearms. Wonder how many mothers and kids the govt will have to kill before the people say no to their plans of confiscation? I mean they murdered 20 kids at Waco and not a word from the left so maybe 100 will be the magic number, maybe 200, maybe more who knows. History has shown us that governments have little problem murdering their own citizens by the millions if it means they can keep in power.

Keep your guns and your bullshit. Sick of this theory that the left wants to take your precious guns and the entire gun argument, no one seems to be able to speak as an adult on this issue. The NRA is a fucking menace to our politics and lobby against everything, even the shit that makes sense to people who are not pissing their panties over the horrible evil government conspiracy shit. Keep your guns, me and most "liberals" don't give a shit about that but the fucking scare tactics have to go, take responsibility for your rights. The government is not going to take your guns and there will not come a day when you will have to rise up in some glorious revolution. This bullshit cannot continue to be looked upon as a sane and responsible reason to fight all attempts to get a handle on gun violence.

Seems like the smart citizens are preparing to fight back against the socialist gun grabbers in DC. Senators and Congressmen are being inundated with e-mails, letters and calls telling them to not support the left's gun control policies.




In the wake of the horrific Sandy Hook school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, the contentious debate over gun control has been reignited, spurring new policy proposals by lawmakers and mobilizing gun-rights advocates. While the National Rifle Association (NRA) has remained quiet in the aftermath of the shooting, the organization has registered some 8,000 new members per day since the harrowing tragedy.

In addition to an explosion of membership requests, an NRA source told Fox News that individual contributions to the organization have also spiked, according to an internal memo contrived by the group’s membership division. “While this broadly aligns with trends seen after similar incidents in the past, the surge in membership this time is said to dwarf past trends,” Fox reports.

Along with noticeable increases in NRA memberships, firearm sales also have experienced a sharp boost in the wake of last Friday’s massacre, which left 26 people dead, including 20 children between the ages of six and seven. This side effect is reportedly spawned by political debates over tightened regulations on the nearly $32-billion gun industry.

NRA CEO and executive vice president Wayne LaPierre has blown through more than a half-million dollars on clothing, travel and other expenses over the years, including a $39,000 shopping spree at a Beverly Hills store.
