Actually, he is correct here.

Devout Muslims believe in the implementation of Sharia Law.

Sharia Law is in direct conflict with the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore, it is possible Muslims judges are incapable of fair treatment.

Unless, of course, they are simply acting counter to their belief system to gain power. Which their religion encourages....
