Not paying taxes "makes me smart."

The corporation paid and didn’t claim it as income. That’s why the cfo went to jail. Now imagine trumps many corporations are all cheating like this. It adds up

And it’s not just the CFO who did it. Ivanka was being paid us both an “employee” and a “contractor”.

Extrapolate the number of senior management employees across the corporations, who might be receiving similar perks and deals.

Your employer paid for your college education to enjoy the benefits of your skills. I’m willing to bet that you have to pay back at least a portion of your tuition if you failed to remain with your employer for a specific length of time.

Trump wasn’t attacked for his comment. Trump was attacked because it was a lie. He wasn’t being “smart”, he was lying and evading taxes. That’s not “smart” that’s “criminal”.
hahahahhaha yeah....any day now the IRS is gonna come calling. You really are an idiot.

Nothing wrong with being an employee of a company, and having a side job owning a firm that does contracting for your other employer

This is why after the Bush great recession they were able to cut the IRS in half because we were broke. But, cutting the IRS in half cost us $1 trillion dollars a year. So it was clearly a stupid place to cut spending. Hint, it was on purpose. IRS was so understaffed the last few years they could only go after middle class tax payers. Trump's taxes take a team of IRS agents to go through and find where and how they are cheating.

Same reason Trump handicapped the US Post office. He took out their electronic mail sorting machines. Said they were outdated. But without them, the mail took forever to deliver. And that would benefit him with absentee votes. Their votes, even though they mailed them on time, would come in late.

What you are doing is being obtuse, playing dumb and acting naive. Again, don't cry about corruption in Washington and then vote for Trump. He's a fucking CRIMINAL!!!

How's the rape trial going btw? Or the insurrection trial? Or the Georgia trial? Or the classified document trial? Or the Stormy Daniels trial?

Which case do you think is the strongest against Trump?

And I'm not even counting his corrupt Charity, University or Corporation.

1) show us the year the IRS budget was cut in half....I'll wait.
2) Machines were removed because of a massive decrease in mail volume in 2020, it was done as a cost saving measure. No need for equipment to sit around unused.

No, I am just stating a fact....you are continue to chase and repeat silly dembot propaganda that you eat up because you aren't bright enough to understand basic things like the tax code, or business.

On top of all the controversy Trump is involved in. I didn't even mention his two impeachments

The first impeachment trial of Donald Trump, the president of the United States from 2017 to 2021, began on December 18, 2019, during the 116th United States Congress. The House of Representatives adopted two articles of impeachment against Trump: abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.

2nd impeachment for the insurrection and trying to overturn the election.

Under Obama? Doesn't matter. Why are you upset Biden is hiring more?

Just like Biden is starting to go after illegal employers in RED states. Did you see McDonald hires illegals and kids as young as 10 years old? WOW!

1) Huh? What about Obama? We don't need more IRS agents.
2) haha McDonalds doen't hire kids as young as 10 years old....that thread was debunked very quickly. I am not at all surprised illegals end up working at McDonalds and other places...they are being shipped in the country in truck loads by Xiden. Name me one employer proseuted by Xiden for knowingly hiring illegals. Trump, did, in fact he is on record of securing the largest penalty in history for a defedant that knowingly hired illegals. /---/ When did this happen? It looks like the law was changed in 2020.

Introduction

If you receive educational assistance benefits from your employer under an educational assistance program, you can exclude up to $5,250 of those benefits each year. This means your employer shouldn’t include those benefits with your wages, tips, and other compensation shown in box 1 of your Form W-2. This also means that you don’t have to include the benefits on your income tax return.

It's become the MO of the dembots to either parrot debunked talking points about Trump, or simply just make things up. It's way to cope with the reality of the destruction caused by voting for their cult masters

Same tax code that conservatives complain about when a family of four making $20,000 doesn't pay taxes

Is Trump going to demand food stamps next?
Maybe we can get his 10 year old son into a Charter School
When did any Conservative complain about that? In fact it was Conservatives that created the Earned Income Tax Credit for that family, which has been the most successful program in recorded history to help raise people out of poverty by our Govt. The Earned Income Tax Credit Raises Employment

ahhaha in 2021, the GOP wasn't in charge. The Dems ran Congress and the White House. Try again.

but with that said, all that expired were the extra benefits put into place because of Covid.

/——/ democRATs controlled all three branches for two years and could have extended the deductions, but it’s easier to blame Conservatives even though the are a minority in Washington. Hint: Not all Republicans are Conservatives.

That depends on how they manipulate their compensation in order to avoid paying federal taxes.

NOTE: The 7.65% tax rate is the combined rate for Social Security and Medicare. The Social Security portion (OASDI) is 6.20% on earnings up to the applicable taxable maximum amount (see below). The Medicare portion (HI) is 1.45% on all earnings.

As an emplioyee, you pay into social security, as a contractor you don't.

When you say controlled, you leave out the obstruction anchor that republicans put upon the senate. They block everything the democrats try to do, to the point that democrats have to use reconciliation in order to get regular bills past a republican filibuster.

haha of course contractors pay into SS amd medicare. Amd if she owned the contra voting company she paid a higher rate as she would have to pay the full rate not the half rate that you pay as an employee of a company cause your employer picks up the other half
