Not doing anything for illegal things to be in secret is illegal both for the secrecy & & also all the other crimes done in the group.

Not doing anything & helping things to be in secret is illegal. You are an accomplice. Even for also the other crimes done in the group against the victim of secrecy, you are also an accomplice even by the secrecy (not doing anything against it) alone.

Conspiracy | Wex Legal Dictionary / Encyclopedia | LII / Legal Information Institute
Quoting from Cornell Law University, “where one or more members of the conspiracy committed illegal acts to further the conspiracy's goals, all members of the conspiracy may be held accountable for those acts.”

All members of the conspiracy are held accountable for all crimes like stalking, spying, harassment, stealing thoughts, object lodging, or whatever. Whether you took any part in something or not, you are still charged with it anyway as an accomplice. On top of that, secrecy & conspiracy are illegal by themselves.

Complicity Definition
Let's see the Criminal Complicity. Quoting from Duhaime Legal Dictionary, anyone is legally "accountable for a criminal offense committed by another" by "a complicitor only requires knowledge by the complicitor that the principal is engaging in, or about to engage in, criminal conduct."

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute
18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute
Let's see Criminal Conspiracy. In the case of U.S., Title 18's Section 241 "Conspiracy Against Rights" & Section 242 "Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law" state "this statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her" & "this statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected".

Lawriter - ORC - 2923.01 Conspiracy.
In the example of Ohio Law Chapter 2923.01, a person satisfies as a co-conspirator as long as he or she did not participate in hiding the conspiracy "either by advising all other conspirators of the actor's abandonment, or by informing any law enforcement authority of the existence of the conspiracy". If such did not happen, then by law, that person is considered to be a co-conspirator "regardless" of anything. The mere existence of conspiracy makes the complicitor to be both charged with Criminal Complicity & Criminal Conspiracy. There is no "bystander" legally. You are charged with both as long as Chapter 2923.01 is not performed in "either". The law is clear. If such "specific acts" are not done & you "already" participated in "any way" of participating & hiding conspiracy, you are legally a co-conspirator charged with both Criminal Complicity & Criminal Conspiracy. Conspiracy is up to 10 years in prison. Complicity should be lighter, but such people are charged with both not 1. Knowing a conspiracy & not resolving entitles you as a co-conspirator by Chapter 2923.01 (similar in other states or countries). You hid & participated it by definition & laws.

What is Complicity or Accomplice Liability? - FindLaw
Quoting from Findlaw, “accomplices can face the same penalties, including prison time” & “Complicity is the act of helping or encouraging another individual to commit a crime. It is also commonly referred to as aiding and abetting. One who is complicit is said to be an accomplice. But, even though an accomplice does not actually commit the crime, his or her actions helped someone in the commission of the crime”. This obviously includes helping the human trashes hide the crimes such as website, spying, stalking, harassment, slander, chip implant, etc. You not telling me their website, spying, all counts as accomplice & you face the same legal punishment & getting sued by me.

Aiding and Abetting/Accessory - FindLaw
An example is shown on Findlaw for “aiding & abetting”. “For example, Andy draws a floor plan of a bank, knowing of Dan's intention to rob it. After Dan commits the robbery, Alice agrees to let him store the stolen money at her house. Both Andy and Alice can be charged with aiding and abetting, or acting as accessories to the robbery.”

Not doing anything & helping things to be in secret is illegal. You are an accomplice. Even for also the other crimes done in the group against the victim of secrecy, you are also an accomplice even by the secrecy (not doing anything against it) alone.

Anything to add here? Any more laws or cases?
