No Temperature Record Broke In Phoenix Past 12,085 Days And Counting.

The low temperatures are really what makes it feel hotter. Pool water temperatures are above 95 in the day.

We certainly are having a hot summer this year. The last few years have been pretty easy. But it is an El Niño year so while most of the rest of the country gets extra moisture, we are left high and dry.
Blame it on immigrant ejh?

Hottest day on record in Phoenix: 122 degrees (June 26, 1990).

Wow, that was very long ago. 12,085 days ago. Reading the news today, I thought something unheard of was happening in the SouthWest deserts. There is not. Thus far, a record has not been broken.

Yes, we can make up all kinds of headlines, that tell the truth much better.

Phoenix temperatures fail, repeatedly, to break record high temperature set in the USA

The OP/elektra is DISHONEST.
There does Not have to be a ONE DAY RECORD to show undue or Record Heat.
In fact, a 30 day record is much more significant.

Phoenix reaches 110 degrees for 30 days in a Row, Extending Streak

It's official. Phoenix has again reached temperatures above 110 degrees. On Saturday, the Valley surpassed 110 degrees for the 30th day.

The Record-Breaking streak continues to Smash the Previous Record set almost 60 years ago. In June 1974, a streak of 18 days was set.
As of Saturday afternoon, the temperature at Phoenix Sky Harbor reached 110 with forecasts of temperatures as high as 114 degrees.

The morning in Phoenix provided no rest from the high temperatures as residents woke up to a scorching 95 degrees. That high-low Broke the previous Daily Record set four years ago when the temperature was 92 degrees.

30 days in a row not breaking any record highs is significant????

110? Thank god the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport has air conditioning. Those jets have a tendency to make the airport, hot!

Thanks for the weather update ... global averages remain a single degree removed from 20th Century averages ... [yawn] ... where's the hypercanes? ...

global averages

Which translates into the following.

Temperatures measured on the surface of growing urban areas have warmed because of the urban heat sink effect. The rest of Earth - atmosphere, oceans, undeveloped land shows NO WARMING....

Yes ... that is how averages work ... marine data wouldn't have this problem, and that's 71% of the surface area of Earth ...

UHI effect is tiny ... overall temperature change is tiny ... planting trees in our communities solves global warming ... that's what I've been saying since 1977 ... you don't have to be an uneducated construction laborer to understand this ... but it helps ...

Co2 does nothing. Planting trees is fine.

The truth of the climate data

NO WARMING in the ATMOSPHERE
NO WARMING in the OCEANS
NO ONGOING NET ICE MELT
NO BREAKOUT in CANE ACTIVITY
NO OCEAN RISE

... and what climate data is that? ...

For the atmosphere, we have two measures, satellites and balloons, and both showed no warming in the atmosphere in highly correlated fashion despite rising Co2, until 2005 when both were fudged with pathetic excuses.

Orbit wobble was the excuse to fudge the flat line from the satellites into an upward slope, pathetic that IR sensors would change with a few feet of orbit change, because that wouldn't change the data at all.

Shade issues that were constant the whole time were used to fudge the flat line from the balloons into an upward slope, which again is fraud. A constant issue might add or subtract from the entire series, but it would not change a flat line into an upward slope...

ATMOSPHERE NOT WARMING DESPITE RISING Co2

DATA not FUDGE
