Your word comprehension skills leave much to be desired, Owl. I've been rather clear that I believe A) that the Patriots do indeed attempt to get the game balls as low on the underinflated side of the equation as possible because that's the way Tom Brady likes them...and B) that either the referee failed to properly measure them before the game...or that the weather caused the balls to lose pressure...or that a combination of the two caused the balls to be below accepted rates.
