New York Times alters Clinton email story

The Justice Department initially incorrectly announced a Criminal Referral Over Clinton Emails, then corrected their announcement to state there is NO Criminal Referral Over Clinton Emails, just a Referral Over Clinton Emails. The media (NYT) had to correct the story to reflect the facts instead of an incorrect initial Justice Department misstatement.

Who cares.............................the Justice Dept. will do nothing anyway...............

People who know who she is don't care, they already aren't reading anything having to do with her. Compared to her previous scandals, this one is peanuts.

And folks that have made up their pea brains to vote for her could care less. She could do the same thing OJ did. She could. . . .

gallery_477_81_66861.jpg

. . . and they could find the bloody glove, sword, what have you, and they would STILL vote for her. So what does it matter?

Anyone who knows how email works understands that every single email she sent or received from any government dept would automatically be copied to the government backup files.

Her use of a private server wasn't illegal and no government emails have been lost.

This is an extremist rightwing wet dream fantasy. There is no substance to this crotch...er, internet sniffing investigation.

Everything you said is absolutely correct.

However, here is the rub. She conducted much of US government business through her private email server. None of these correspondences have been made immediately available to the public. She combed through them and censored what she wanted to make available. She did this to create her own paradigm of truth about what she was doing in the Obama administration. The reason she did this, is because most Americans are distracted by their own lives, entertainment, the NFL, shopping, what have you, to pay attention to what she was actually doing or HAS DONE. What she was doing was screwing America over.

Did she do anything illegal? NO. Did she do something nefarious to cover up who she actually is? You bet.

Stephen Mihm: Clinton isn't only one who didn't like to share records
Hillary Clinton kept emails on a private server - The Morning Call

In Clinton's case, the State Department has been provided with 55,000 pages of correspondence that she turned over to fulfill her obligations under the Federal Records Act. And when it comes to the emails on her private server, she said she had "broken no rules or laws." When Clinton was in the office, no rule explicitly prohibited federal employees from using private accounts. In October 2009, 10 months into her tenure at state, new regulations from the National Archives and Records Administration required federal agencies to ensure that records sent or received on private email systems "are preserved in the appropriate agency record-keeping system."

These rules were tightened after she left office, in 2013, to require federal officials to use government email addresses to conduct official business. And that's the crux of Clinton's email problem. The trouble isn't that she had a private account; it's that she has behaved as though her public correspondence belonged in her personal archives.

See, she is the one that has gotten to decide which emails, "are preserved in the appropriate agency record-keeping system." And there is no rule or regulation that says she can't. But this just speaks to her honesty and character. Does anyone think she even has the integrity of Nixon? Fat Chance. What IS she hiding?

Well, clearly she is hiding discussions with huge corporations that have stakes in the negotiations of the TPP. She was the MAIN government point man on getting that trade pact completed. The funny thing is, once it was done, and now that she has to run for president, she wants to somehow distance herself from all her work.

I was having a discussion with a friend of mine who actually thought Bernie Sanders had integrity. Well, I ended that thought real quick. See, the thing is, Sanders is a creature of Washington. So he knew, all along that Hillary was negotiating this trade deal.

In this article for Foreign Policy, she boasts about her accomplishment. SHE IS PROUD OF IT. But the reasons she doesn't want those emails to come to light is because she doesn't want her role in the construction of this trade deal to come to the fore.

Now, if you read that article, it's pretty damn clear who is behind the US efforts on the TPP, is it not? Likewise, it's pretty clear where she stands on this issue.

Seriously? If this isn't a Frank Underwood move, I don't know what is. Watching Bernie, it's clear he isn't really serious about a run at the oval office. HE KNOWS what her position is. Only idiots and dupes don't what it is. The whole CFR media knows. They also know that the American voter has the attention span of a Tasmanian gnat. That is why it is SO IMPORTANT that Hillary decides which emails go public, and which remain private. Bright sunshine can't be shown onto the public business that she was conducting. No evidence can be given by the independent media, or anyone else about what she was up to.

This was not a Democrat policy, it was GLOBALIST policy. It is why the Republicans were allowed to re-take the Senate. Because the Democrats couldn't be counted on to vote for the TPP. Republicans can always be counted on to destroy small businesses and American industry in favor of the globalist trade deals. :lmao:

.. but somebody said she had another email account on the same private server, didn't she?

Her use of a private server wasn't illegal and no government emails have been lost.
So, where are they?

Just submit an FOIA request for all emails sent to or received from Hillary to the government.

Good god, sometimes I wonder about the obtuseness of some folks.

Let me give you a situation. Hillary Clinton is the Secretary of State. She is negotiating with foreign representatives from different nations in the Pacific rim, about what their nations need, and she is also negotiating with CEO's in those nations about what they need in a trade deal. They are emailing her in her private server. She is also getting emails from CEO's and board members from multi-nationals based in the US.

Now you tell me, go on, tell me, what good would a FOI request do? All of the emails came to her private server from a foreign nations, foreign corporations, and corporations within our borders. All of these parties would have hypothetically been told by her, don't worry, no one will know about our communications.

Any emails sent to her from foreign nations or corporations like say, for instance, Monsanto, just to give an example, those would never be available through a FOI request. Of course not. Those are all PRIVATE emails. They are from foreign entities and private corporations. Why don't you get that?

Now, I do agree, any email coming to that server via the State Department WOULD be available. No emails of course, from say a CIA annex, naturally, those would all be classified. I'm sure no FOI request is going to work on CIA emails going to her. . . but you get the point.

Not having her private email subject to FOI request IS NOT perfectly legitimate if she chooses to do public business on her private server. That is all there is to it. She is obviously hiding something. Don't be so obtuse.

The copies of those emails will be on the government servers. She can't delete those. Just file an FOIA and you can see them for yourself.
If any came from a CIA annex, black OPs or military special OPS project, don't count on it. The second key, is knowing where to look. I don't think messages from those operations came from government servers. How stupid do you think these people are?

Okay, this piece isn't for you Derideo_Te. You have clearly shown that your mind is too clouded by partisan fog to be able to think clearly. Obviously there is NOTHING, like I predicted in my first post, even if Hillary murdered Bill, that would change your opinioin of her. IN fact, I think the more corrupt she is, the more you love her.

However, there might be others that are following this thread that might find this piece interesting.

Hillary: The New York Times Will Never Tell Us This
Hillary The New York Times Will Never Tell Us This New Eastern Outlook

The Clinton Foundation, State Department and Haiti

It is looking more and more likely that the emails Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton wrote in the years she was Secretary, which she refuses to turn over in full as required by law to the US Government, would contain explosive revelations about her role in Haiti after the earthquake.

It has just been revealed that she used a private email address run on her own server, during her years at the State Department, and never had a ‘state.gov’ address as required for government official business. She ran all her professional emails through her own Internet domain, ‘clintonemails.com.’ When she left office her emails left with her. That included emails that would have dealt with her response to the Haiti earthquake. The Federal Records Act requires employees of executive branch agencies to keep all of their emails and make all of them available for permanent retention.

She was Secretary of State from January 21, 2009 to February 1, 2013. In December, 2012 Hillary’s brother’s company got the lucrative gold mining contract. During her time in State, the State Department through its USAID disbursed $3.6 billion for Haitian “earthquake relief.”

The plot gets uglier. While she was doling out billions in US taxpayer dollars to unspecified projects in Haiti, husband Bill Clinton was serving as UN Special Envoy for Haitian earthquake relief as co-chair with Jean-May Bellerive of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission. At the same time, Bill was head of the Clinton Foundation, which claimed to have raised $36 million from “private contributors” for Haiti relief. However, the Clinton Foundation, at the time Hillary was Secretary of State, also accepted money from countries that Hillary Clinton dealt with while Secretary, including the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Iran, brazen conflicts of interest should Clinton become president. In one case the Clinton Foundation accepted a “gift” of $500,000 from the Algerian government to “benefit earthquake relief efforts in Haiti.” Hello?

So to sum up, to date Hillary as US Secretary of State handed out billions in USAID money in Haiti. Husband Bill was taking money for his private foundation from foreign governments that Secretary Hillary deals with in an official capacity. Then the day she resigns from the State Department in February 2013, Hillary joined their daughter and Bill to become a named principal in the now named Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation. And brother Tony Rodham just happens to be lucky and land a lucrative gold mining contract in Haiti at the same time? I think the trials and tribulations of Hillary Rodham Clinton have only begun.

Of course, the article only gets better from that point. The truth is a wonderfully liberating thing. You have to love journalism not controlled by the CFR. But then, Hildabeast loves our MSM that sits in with the CFR, doesn't she? She has nothing to worry about them, does she?

Now comes campaign season.

Bernie Sanders Goes After Hillary on TPP: ‘You Can’t Not Have a Position’
Sanders Hits Hillary on TPP You Can t Not Have a Position Mediaite

:lmao:

Hillary has no control over the copies of the emails on the government servers that she sent and received.
What about her private server? She should have the copies of all email correspondences, no?

FOIA does not cover private servers.
Why private server? Hiding something?

From what I gathered she didn't want her private emails being subject to FOIA requests which is perfectly legitimate.

What I don't understand is why she didn't have 2 email accounts. But her generation is not as computer literate as younger generations and she might not have understood that option.

What ever her reasons she has made it clear that she is not trying to hide any government emails.
Misunderstood, didn't know, wasn't told, didn't care, definition of is, what does it matter...........same old, same old.

.. but somebody said she had another email account on the same private server, didn't she?

"somebody said"?

Your assumptions about those other emails from "foreign nations, foreign corporations, and corporations within our borders" are just that, assumptions.

Yes, they might have happened and equally so they could have been forwarded or had CC's and BCC's attached that included the State Dept.

The point here is that this is pure speculation.

No foreign government or corporation for that matter is going to commit anything remotely nefarious to an email, private or otherwise.

That is why this entire email "scandal" is a storm in a teacup.

If any of those entities wanted to do a deal under the table they would done it person to person.

Only a fool would use emails for anything underhanded.

Why private server? Everyone does, but the email also gets stored on public & government servers & databases. There is no way to hide an email. Deleting an email only means you can no longer see it, but it still exist in many other locations for others to see.
