This is unbelievable, all across our Nation the Democratic Party is trying and succeeding in letting murderers out of Jail!

New York Dems Want to Free ‘Son of Sam,’ All Serial Killers | Frontpage Mag
New York Democrats have decided to go one better by offering parole to serial killers.

Senate Bill S2423, known to its backers as Elder Parole, eliminates life sentences by offering parole to all prisoners regardless of how horrific their crimes may have been.

Any murderer, rapist, or pedophile over the age of 55, who spent at least 15 years in prison, will be automatically eligible for parole under a pro-crime bill that has 33 state senate co-sponsor

This is why the Democratic Party has no place in the world.
The perpetual confinement of aging and elderly people is particularly
immoral as studies show that rearrest rates for older adults released
from prison are vanishingly small, particularly for those originally
convicted of serious crimes.

The Democratic Party is going to spend our tax dollars, freeing this person, claiming they are not a threat and that this will actually save us money. This man is a horrific serial rapist/murderer

Rifkin committed his first murder on February 20, 1989, killing Heidi Balch in his home in East Meadow. He then dismembered her body, removing her teeth and fingertips, putting her head in a paint can which he left in the woods on a golf course in Hopewell, New Jersey, disposing of her legs further north, and dumping her remaining torso and arms into the East River around New York City. On March 5, 1989, Balch's severed head was discovered on the seventh hole of the golf course.[8] On April 8, 1989, Balch's legs were found in Pequonnock Creek near Jefferson Township, New Jersey.[9] Her remains were not identified until 2013.[10]

It is assumed that Rifkin killed 16 more women during the next four years.[

Well, on the bright side, whenever the topic of the death penalty comes up as a debate topic in High School and University settings, those arguing in the affirmative will now have an argument in the affirmative.

i.e., some fool ass politician will want to release them when they reach age 55.

This is why you can never believe the soft on crime types.

They say "life without parole is an acceptable substitute for the Death Penalty" and then remove the "Without parole" part from a life sentence.
Excellent point, this makes a good argument as to why we can not compromise.

We compromise and agree, no death penalty.
We compromise and agree, life in prison
We compromise and agree, only life in prison until they reach 55 years old

A compromise with someone who is wrong, is to allow what is wrong to rule our lives.
