I don't understand. If it's new, how come it only measures temperature averages up to 2005?USDA has published a new plant hardiness map to account for climate change. Plan accordingly and Enjoy the Great Outdoors.

IDK I didn't make it. They more or less redid the map adding 2.5 degrees to everything from the old map from what I have read about it.I don't understand. If it's new, how come it only measures temperature averages up to 2005?
