I saw one a while back, sounds like the same movie. Their careers last about 2 years on average. Some die from AIDS, or get pregnant. Or STDs. I don't feel sorry for them though, they do it to themselves.

In a way its similar to the career arc for most professional athletes. The top few get paid the big bucks, the rest wallow in the sub-major level of the profession, and get spit out when they are no longer seen as a "prospect"

A good sex scene in a R Rated movie really gets me turned on too (but male w/ female there...)

I can still get turned on today seeing a well done male/female seduction scene... it's the sexual tension and the eventual giving in that turns me on most. Not body parts.

I'm still trying to figure out how the industry is still financially solvent.

Very similar. Both sell their bodies, one just gets more bruises.

Depending on the type of porn, the bruises can even out, and that's without going into the severe mental issues some women in porn have. The old stereotype of the stripper/porn star with daddy issues isn't the norm for these women, but there are some out there that fit the bill.

You take a teen girl who has not had very good parenting, home life less than stellar...little to no relationship with her father...and not very smart??? They can fall for almost anything.

It's not as bad as the op makes it sound. These are not innocent chicks to begin with. They are adults looking to make quick and big money. They are taken advantage of by the industry, and they take advantage of the market.

These chicks are not getting raped either. Sure, it may happen, but it can also happen walking down the street. If a chick is legally "raped" then she can go to the police. Consent will be at issue, but SHE put it at issue by choosing this line of work.

They got to grow up sooner or later. Fuck 'em. I will not stay up tonight worrying about them.
