Only if they're planning on retiring when they're 75 to 80 years old.

They'd best hope there's some longevity drugs that can increase their productivity for that long otherwise their young will opt for euthanasia of the elderly when the Millennial's are can't work any more.

The blame of millenials having such negative traits is the generation(s) that raised them. We've designed a society that caters to their every need and has stripped away rewards for excellence (everybody gets a trophy), and have eliminated consequences for their actions. Is it really a surprise they're turning out this way?
