One of the major political stories this week that is getting no media coverage is that Nashville voted down a huge tax hike to pay for "transit" that should've been under construction all along as the city grew.

Nashville is a case study of a former "big town" that was rational, accountable, and not overcrowded 30 years ago.

Today, Nashville is a big city with a Democrat power machine in charge that has not lost the Mayoral race in a quarter century. All the revenue from the growth of the city was dutifully stolen by former mayor Karl Dean and his campaign... aka the "city workforce" that doesn't...

Finally, the complete idiots who had been blindly voting Dem for the recent past decided enough was enough, and if the Dem Machine wants a tax hike for every single new spending proposal, it can go fuck itself...

Transit lost huge.

The arrogance of the kleptocratic racket that is the Democrat Party was smacked in the face.

Nashville has been "boomtown" and its tax coffers were completely overflowing....

WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY, DEMOCRATS????
