On a hill
From the "Knuckle Sandwich" Series.

I wanted a new large Chef knife, most of my good knives are older Henkel's and I would have bought another Henkel - but I am pissed at them for selling their name out to cheap Chinese stamped knives for the WalMart crowd.
So, liking the styling of the Fieri series - I shelled out the modest $60.

Weight/Balance - A little on the heavy side, but because of it's nice balance, you don't really notice it when using it.
Slicing - Very nice. The German heat-treated, high carbon steel slices through meat like butter. As good as any $100 Henkel I have used.
Chopping - Superb. Again, quality steel = quality edge.
Grip/Feel - The best feature of this knife. The handle and blade of this knife is curved, which at first I found odd, but after starting to use it - chopping with it is a pleasure. It just naturally fits better in your hand.

Overall - I give this knife 4 out of 5 starts. Only reason I don't give it a 5 is I haven't had it long enough to see how the edge holds up over time.
