I don't disagree with that statement, but while the U.S. is going through tough economic times, I wouldn't say we have "economic chaos". Economic chaos is what occcurred in Germany before the Nazi regime took over, when their money was so worthless, children were using stacks of it as building blocks. Thankfully, we haven't reached this extreme, yet, and, hopefully, we never will.
