Mueller filed additional charges on Manafort & Gates last week. I believe he added an additional 30 or so charges--and didn't give Rick Gates a choice. Gates pleaded guilty on 2 charges--and was looking at a 4 to 6 year prison sentence which was enough to obtain a plea deal with Mueller.

And it's extremely strict. One more lie out of Gates, less than 100% cooperation spells a prison sentence for him.
