Mueller files new charges against Manafort and Gates

Russian collusion still nowhere to be seen

Duh, you don't see what Mueller sees--------yet...

What Mewler sees is no evidence against the Trump administration.
Between Flynn and Manafort, Trump couldnt have picked people with more ties to the Kremlin. Mueller now has at least 100 charges against 19 people surrounding Trump.
This all could culminate around this law: title 18 of US code, section 201. Because Trump became a "public official" in July 2016 when he became the party's nominee. Its the anti-bribery law, quid pro quo. The quid is Russian meddling, and the quo part could be just being nice to Russia or not implementing sanctions, etc. Trump became subject to the anti-bribery law on July 21, 2016.

The 13 hackers Mewler just indicted are not "people around Trump," you fucking douchebag, and Flynn has no ties to Russians of any kind. A party nominee is not a "public official," moron. You have to be on the government payroll to be a "public official."

Anything you post can be ignored since you're such an obvious and astounding liar.
I convey nothing but truth:
Any person who has been nominated becomes legally a public official. Trump is subject to laws on public officials after July 21, 2016.
Flynn was on RT payroll.
Flynn had contact with Kislyak.
Flynn visited GRU, the russian military spy agency.
And now Rick Gates will plead guilty, likely within a few days or today.

(1)the term “public official” means Member of Congress, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner, either before or after such official has qualified, or an officer or employee or person acting for or on behalf of the United States, or any department, agency or branch of Government thereof, including the District of Columbia, in any official function, under or by authority of any such department, agency, or branch of Government, or a juror;

(CNN)Special counsel Robert Mueller has filed new charges against former Donald Trump campaign officials Paul Manafort and Rick Gates.

The 32-count indictment, filed in Alexandria, Virginia, includes tax and bank fraud charges.

This story is breaking and will be updated.
Hopefully since the FISA warrant was based off a fake dossier, the charges will be thrown out.
Why would you hope to have charges of illegal acts thrown out?

I mean seriously, they are criminals. You do not even question that fact - simply hope for guilty men to walk free for political gain that does not even apply to you. Something has gone seriously wrong with partisans - even more than usual.
If we had a special prosecutor with an unlimited budget on our ass 24 hours a day, most of us could be indicted for something.
Maybe for jaywalking. Acting as a foreign agent without disclosing those relationships and bank fraud not so much. If Mueller was filing charges that were minor you might have a point. These charges are not minor.

Hopefully you will one day grow a brain.

These latest charges are for crimes committed during the campaign and during the transition.
When the charges didn't cover the campaign, they said it proved there was no collusion. Now that Manafort was caught doing it while running the Trump campaign, they haven't changed their tune.

Did you even read your own link? One would hope that you understand the difference between being nominated for a public office and being nominated to run for that office.

When Trump got the nomination, he was given classified presidential level briefings. Which makes him a public official when it comes to the presidential transition act.

Yeah, we know he's prosecuting Flynn for something different from what he would prosecute you for, but you're naive if you think jaywalking is the only thing he could get you on. The charges against Flynn are supercilious. Mewler was supposed to investigate "collusion," not whether Flynn filed some government form he was required to file.

Wrong, asshole. I quoted the legal definition of "public official." Trump after he was nominated doesn't fit the description.

Lot's of people have security clearances who aren't public officials.

It may be time to buy new knee pads. You’ve about worn these ones out.

Please present your evidence that it has nothing to do with Trump.

Has nothing to do with politics or Trump despite the deepest desires of some.

But all of the sheep of the globalist elites thinks it does. That is the point of ALL of this.

That is the reason we have to endure losers like the OP.

Please quote the language where it says that. I quoted the definition of "public official," according to the statute, and Trump doesn't match the description.

The only thing this proves at this point in time is that Trump dose not " pick only the best people"

Public official is defined in (b) (1) of 18 U.S. Code § 201, or rather both (a) and (b). To a lay-person such as myself, it appears to say the anti-bribery law applies to anybody nominated for public office. This law was modified in 1962 to cover those who assume office under a corrupt commitment.

ETHICS: DEFINITIONS OF "PUBLIC OFFICIAL" AND "PUBLIC OFFICER"
Definition. According to Black's Law Dictionary a "public official" is "[o]ne who holds or is invested with a public office; a person elected or appointed to carry out some portion of a government's sovereign powers." "Public officer" is defined in a similar way. For this research, the terms "public officials" and "public officers" are interchangeable.

Public official. Any person elected to public office, whether or not that person has taken office,
