It seems to me that Obama has expanded who cannot have 2nd Amendment rights.As of September 2011 those who paid all the state fees to get licence to use Marijuana no longer have 2nd Amendment rights.Some of those people and there were multiple tousands in Colorado alone that did not have so much as a parking ticket in their background...Jokes on them for being legal...yes?

I think it probaley started out to try and keep nasty,violent,vicious guys from getting guns but is used more and more to take our rights...Yes.
My Grandparents way back got into a lot of trouble for trying to buy some farm land in Minnesota where Marijuana grew wild at least the hemp kind...
They planted higher potencey stuff on it also(stupid Swedes)...
My grandfather got like four fed charges and spent a lot of time.My grandmother got off because she was just a teenager....To this day even tho' he is by no means a criminal he cannot by federal law pick up a gun...As of 1995 President Clinton made it impossible for him ever to...Is not that a form of double jeparty where you are punished for the same crime twice?..Is not that against the Constitution?
In his case he will be punished for his whole life...He is getting older now and has to hunt deer with a bow..what about when he gets to old to hunt with a bow as they are hard to pull back?...The government has abused the background stuff to the max...It should be done away with totally...Or at least give 2nd amendment rights back at some point say ten years if they had done no other crimes....

My wife tried to buy a gun last month.

She got popped for an assault charge that was dismissed.

The dealer said "4 months ago I could sell you a gun but not anymore".

He has to follow the directives set forth by the DoJ and the FBI. They are supposed to tell them what regulations have been changed but the Obama Adminstration released so many new regs it stacks up to 8 ft legal size documents. More are to come.

Good luck sorting that BS out.
