MOST Corporations pay NO US Income Taxes

We need a simple tax code. Every American who can read should have the skills to tell you that Exxon Mobile pays XX% in income tax.

I favor 12% with non-executive payroll and benefits as the only deduction.

Make it simple, make it fair.

Huh? Tax increases on businesses of any kind will hurt the economy. You want the economy to be good so that corporations will make money and pay taxes. We already have the 2nd highest corporate tax rates in the industrial world. We don't need to give businesses yet another reason to move operations offshore.

We may have high business taxes on paper, but all that does is make it harder for the smaller companies that actually treat their employees a bit more fairly to make it.

The problem is that we have a 'bullshit' tax code... Does anyone reading this actually know the entire tax code that affects them in any given year?

Tax code... Make it simple, make it fair.
