I hear the people behind it have opened their first foreign "embassy". In Beijing. If I were Trump as soon as I took office I would start withdrawing troops from CA. I would take every bit of military hardware. I would make CA aware that the federal instillation are still federal property and will be protected as such.

That is there was even a chance of this actually happening.

It would be great, because not only would it guarantee us the electoral vote, we would never have to go through this argument about the popular vote either. After all, without CA, Hillary would have lost the PV by at least a million people.
