How about you righties demanding everyone get a specific state issued ID in order to use their right to vote .

No license is or will be required to exercise a constitutional right. Eventually, these learning-disabled goobers will figure that out.

Licensing guns has been ruled constitutional.

Everything these clowns disagree with they label as "unconstitutional".

Only that which is unconstitutional.

Post the article, section and paragraph granting a general right to vote. We'll wait.

So was slavery. It was so ruled in error.

Your OP says that no license IS required to exercise a constitutional right. That is horseshit. The fact that gun licenses exist, are required in some states, and have been upheld by the courts

proves that your statement is horseshit.

The same applied to slavery, which existed and was upheld by the courts.

Simple because the courts approve something does not render it constitutional. It simply means a court has approved it.

No, it means that it's CONSTITUTIONAL. That's how constitutionality is determined.

The Ninth Amendment.

lol.

You were right to laugh. The 9th neither confers nor guarantees any specific right, but provides that the naming of certain rights in the Constitution does not take away from the people rights that are not named. It merely prevents the federal government from expanding its own power in that regard.
