It's completely weird to me that for a party that claims to want to succeed financially that you don't want to jump on board with the rest of the world and lead one of the few NEW business sectors to be created.
And I'll admit that there have been some nasty scientific scandals in this area as of late. Heck I'll even go to far as to say that the effect size (regardless of the probability) might be really small for climate change. I dont want climate change to destroy liberties or force people to make horrendously expensive changes.
The point remains that no one should want to pollute the planet. And if you can make a buck off of it...why not get on board?

UM....dumbass, the democratically controlled congress supported that decision...so there's another one you can own.
Military deaths are very much a concern...and also carry a sense of pride. Doesn't it inspire you even a little that the proud men and women in our military are willing to die for your freedom and your national safety? Or are you one of those brain dead sheep that have signed on to the idea that if we just kiss our enemies ass, they will leave us alone?
At least our military died fighting for you...the 3000 plus that died on 9.11 were innocent human beings just going about their daily lives...which didn't involve you at all. They didn't die for you. But if you have your way, the next attack will cause the same kind of innocent life to be lost BECAUSE of you...not FOR you.
God bless our brave military personel and their dedication to this country. I wish they could all fight for us and not die...but they know when they sign up that they face that possibility.
Hey dipshit....my father did two tours in Nam, so you can take your bullshit chest thumping and shove it right up your ass. Bush and Cheney gave Congress bullshit intelligence to pick a fight with Iraq....and yes, some Democrats voted in favor of giving Bush and Cheney their war. However, our brave men and women over there did not die for me. Iraq posed no threat to US soil even IF they had actually owned WMD, so you can take your talking points and shove THOSE up your ass as well. Rather than blindly following just to follow and attempting to use my family members' service as a reason, try educating yourself first, will you?
SOME democrats? Over 70 percent is SOME? Give me a break with the talking point dodge. You call em talking points because you've been programmed by the left to see everything that shines a black light on their agenda and highlights the smelly ammonia stains of the piss they are spewing as a "talking point". Can you even define it? Don't ask Webster...give me YOUR definition. I'm thankful that your dad was brave enough to serve in that war. Not sure why you're so agitated by my honoring the military, but whatever. I'm educated sir...I know that SOME is the wrong word to use in the place of MOST. If anyone needs an education, it's you.
Iraq Resolution - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaAn authorization by Congress was sought by President George W. Bush soon after his September 12, 2002 statement before the U.N. General Assembly asking for quick action by the Security Council in enforcing the resolutions against Iraq.[4][5]
Of the legislation introduced by Congress in response to the President Bush's requests[6], S.J.Res. 45 sponsored by Sen. Daschle & Sen. Lott was based on the original White House proposal authorizing the use of force in Iraq, H.J.Res. 114 sponsored by Rep. Hastert & Rep. Gephardt and the substantially similar S.J.Res. 46 sponsored by Sen. Lieberman were modified proposals. H.J.Res. 110 sponsored by Rep. Hastings was a separate proposal never considered on the floor. Eventually, the Hastert-Gephardt proposal became the primary legislation that Congress began to focus working on.
Introduced in Congress on October 2, 2002 in conjunction with the Administration's proposals[2][7], H.J.Res. 114 passed the House of Representatives on Thursday afternoon at 3:05 p.m. EDT on October 10, 2002 by a vote of 296-133,[8] and passed the Senate after midnight early Friday morning at 12:50 a.m. EDT on October 11, 2002 by a vote of 77-23.[9] It was signed into law as Pub.L. 107-243 by President Bush on October 16, 2002.

No one i know supports pollution. That's a completely separate issue. The Global Warming hucksters are going way beyond that. Their day is almost done and they know it. I expect them to become even more hysterical in the coming years. World Socialism is not the answer.

Wouldn't surprise me to see this storm get the blame for more job loss.
At least it's not snow and more believable when the GW'ers start whining again.

What's there to debate? You support the fleecing of America...cool. Enjoy your greed. I would like to point out to you the double standard by which you live.....since you want a response that makes a stronger point...
You replied to another post by saying that you were against pumping toxics into the waters and the air or eliminating endangered species....which they are making a buck off of. But that is wrong...right? But you're ok with making a living off of lying to America? Go figure.
It's one thing to be an environmentalist who wants to stop pollution...but, it's a totally other thing to want to lie to everyone about how the earth is going to melt in 1000 years just to line your pockets this year.
The Global Warming fanatics are becoming a bit unhinged at this point. They now realize that their World Socialism fantasy is pretty much dying. The People are speaking out and they're saying they don't want Global Warming Gestapos. They don't want the Government spying on them and going through their garbage making sure they're following Global Warming protocols. They don't want to be fined or imprisoned for not throwing their garbage away "properly." They are also saying that "Carbon Trading" is a complete scam. Al Gore and his fellow hucksters stand to make $Billions off that scam. Their dreams are crumbling and they know it. Look for them to become even more hysterical as they get closer to seeing the final nail driven into their Global Warming coffin. It will get much worse before it gets better. Stay tuned.
I agree here, but there's a difference between competing on equal footing vs. getting help from the government. Seems Obama wants to go out of his way to put oil and coal out of business as do many others. If green energy is all that it's cracked up to be, then surely someone can come up with a model for providing green energy at a competitive rate. Problem is, right now, green energy doesn't come close to coal or oil from a units to energy output standpoint. But the person who figures out how to make thermodynamic, hydro electric, solar, wind, etc. power competitive will be the next billionaire. It's completely weird to me that for a party that claims to want to succeed financially that you don't want to jump on board with the rest of the world and lead one of the few NEW business sectors to be created.

Leftwinger.....please tell me why the IPCC only used roughly 10% of the papers submitted to claim the consensus is in, mantra? Simple question....I just never get an answer when asked. Thanks for another inane "I have no clue what global warming is" post
Oh com'on RW...we all know what GW is....trumped up data designed to put fear in the hearts and minds of the sheep of America. Talk about fear mongoring!!! Oh...and to pop some major cash in Al Gore's pockets.
I guess you're the expert on hoax's though, so who am I to argue?
Yea!
You tell em....who gives a shit about what 85% of the worlds scientists believe?
Science is a liberal conspiracy

Slow talking point day? Did Rush take the day off or something?
LOL...job loss is a talking point? Sorry bro...it's a fact. And it's also a fact that they tried to blame the bad numbers from 3 weeks ago on the blizzards in DC...which, according to GWer's weren't possible.
For the record, I don't listen to Rush like you do.
But I get it that you don't want to take ownership of the assumption that the left thinks America is too stupid to know when unemployment is rampantly out of control.
