Even if Moore wins the vote, the alabama sec of state has the option of not certifying (not likely), the senate also has to give unanamous consent to seat a senator. If anyone objects, it goes by roll call vote, so a majority of senators have to go on the record to seat Moore (toss up)

Expulsion where you need 2/3rds is unlikely. There is the possibility the ethics committee will investigate and recommend what actions to take/ But the republicans are hell bent on keeping their 2 senator majority.
