Duh.

But there is a big difference between a boss who endangers his workers against their will or without their knowledge and a boss who allows employee's to make an informed decision on the employee's own sense of risk/reward.

IMHO anyone in the porn industry at all is probably an asshole but they go in of their own volition and therein lies all the difference in the world.
