That's not what I said. He keeps saying they "target" civilians in Israel. My point was these weapons cannot be targeted, because they have no guidance system. They are legally defined as "indiscriminate" weapons. Which makes them war crimes when used.

They do not count as aggression, because they are fired as "resistance" to the illegal and immoral occupation and blockade of Gaza. After Israel ends the occupation and blockade, then and only then, will the rockets be considered aggression.
