But let's be clear about what they are envious of, and what they are after. The envy driving the campaign for more socialism isn't that of the poor or the middle class wishing they had more money. It's the envy of politicians wishing they had more power.

To liberal "social engineers", nothing is more frustrating than the realization that private wealth has more power to shape society than government does. That's what they want to fix. That's the "problem" they are trying to solve.
