While enrollment on government-run Obamacare exchanges gets the bulk of media attention, sign-ups for Medicaid have been even greater, in no small part due to another part of the Affordable Care Act.
Since October 2013, enrollment in Medicaid and the related Children's Health Insurance Program had grown by about 9.7 million people as of this past October, according to data released Thursday by the federal government. That's 17 percent higher than what was the average monthly enrollment level seen from July through September 2013.
Nearly 10M move to Medicaid since Obamacare launch

Who is going to pay for all this?
Where are we going to get the money from?
Are we going to print more of it?
Are we going to borrow more from China?

Put the remaining 39 million of the uninsured on medicare and call it a victory. Doesn't matter how it gets paid for as long as people have access to medicine.

It is cheaper to manage care than deal with the results of the emergency care it causes.

Is the OP advocating that people are left to die?
If the answer is Yes then your moral compass is far removed from a vast majority of people.

If your answer is No then why not manage care rather than accept the mess of not treating people in time causes.

Who's going to pay for it? All the youngsters and all the Illegal Immigrants he want's to give Amnesty to...Does he care if there isn't enough jobs for all these new "citizens" over the one here already, hell no he doesn't care. He see's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

What lead to the huge increase in the number of enrolled is the ACA website Get 2015 health coverage now. Health Insurance Marketplace HealthCare.gov

I've navigated it extensively, plugging in various numbers for family size, income, etc.

There's a certain threshold at which every applicant will see a screen that says "You may be eligible for Medicaid".

Healthcare.gov is one huge Medicaid sign-up website.

so how many families or people have you adopted to take care of besides your own? You quote Ghandi ?. So you should be living his example or send all your weekly paychecks to the Government so they can take care of them.

OBAMACARE: THE REAL PAIN STARTS THIS YEAR
Ready for increased costs and decreased access to care?

ByDavid Catron–1.15

Obamacare was designed such that its most harmful provisions would not be implemented until after the President had been returned to office for a second term and his Democrat accomplices had been reelected to their congressional seats.

Fortunately for the nation, the latter part of that strategy was a spectacular failure.

Nonetheless, it did provide the public with a temporary reprieve from the health care law’s most painful exactions. That brief respite is now at an end. This year, you will begin to experience the realities of “reform” first hand and you are not going to like how it feels.

In fact, you are probably already feeling the first twinges without recognizing that their source is Obamacare. If you are among the 150 million Americans who get health insurance through their employers, for example, chances are that the coverage your company offered for 2015 has much higher premiums than did last year’s plan.

The President and his toad eaters in the legacy media will do their best to convince you that these increases are caused by insurance company avarice, but this is merelyanother liethey are peddling in the hope that they can save Obama’s “signature domestic achievement.”

The actual cause was the loomingemployer mandateand other Obamacare regulations that took effect January 1. The mandate and accompanying red tape dramatically increase the cost of employee health insurance for companies with 100 or more full-time-equivalent workers.

It requires all such firms to offer “minimum essential” coverage to 70 percent of their full-time employees or pay huge fines. These PPACA-mandated benefits are expensive, and very few small-to-medium sized employers can unilaterally absorb the costs of such “essential” coverage. So you get to share the pain.

But your premiums are just the start. The real pain will come when you need medical services. Your new plan probably has a far higher deductible and co-pay requirement than your old one.

Consequently, when you see a doctor or have a test performed, you’ll have to pay the entire cost. This need to pay for such services out-of-pocket despite being insured, according toUSA Today, is already causing people toforego care: “A recent Commonwealth Fund survey found that four in 10 working-age adults skipped some kind of care because of the cost, and other surveys have found much the same.”
