I don't know how much validity I would put in a website called Vietnam Veterans Against John McCain. Anyone can put up a website and post whatever they want. I frankly find it absurd. If your against him, fine disagree with the guy but to make a point about being a Vietnam Veteran and being against him, that just sounds stupid.

John McCain should be respected because he survived as a POW and didn't give in to the temptation to be removed because of his status. He didn't want special treatment. He held on and stuck it out with other prisoners. Nobody on this site can claim they've done that before (at least not that I know of).

If all you do is read one side of the argument, you will never have a clear picture of everything that is going on.

1. He wouldn't have had a career had he took early release.
